You have high expectations, but once again, things didn’t go your way. You failed, you crumbled under pressure at the most crucial moment, and because of that, you couldn’t show your full potential. The match you prepared so hard for turned out far from what you expected and far below your true abilities. What you effortlessly display during training somehow doesn’t translate to the game. Maybe it was the stress that paralyzed you, or perhaps it was the lingering pressure from coaches and loved ones that got to you. Clearly, there was still a lack of that calm and ease on the field… It’s okay, somehow it’ll work out…
Days go by, and while you claim you want to achieve something in football, deep down, you’re not even sure what that is. No clear goals. Weeks pass. Your motivation drops, and the childlike joy you used to feel every time you stepped onto the pitch starts to fade. When things don’t go your way on the field, your confidence takes a hit, and the coach’s shouts or the criticism from teammates only bring more negative thoughts to your mind. A missed pass, a botched shot on an open goal, losing possession… And you lose it. You lose your focus, you lose your composure, and you get frustrated quickly. Another training session, another match far below your expectations and far below what you’re truly capable of on the field.
And to make matters worse, you feel like time keeps slipping through your fingers. Another week has passed, another month, and another season. Sure, your skills have improved a bit, but there are still no significant successes or noticeable results in your football career. You feel like you want to achieve more, play at a higher level, and be a key player on your team, but you’re not quite sure how to go about it or how to make it happen. And just when you’ve mustered a bit of motivation and decided to push yourself harder, life throws another punch at the least expected moment. Problems with the coach, less time in the starting lineup, an argument with a teammate, an injury or setback that disrupts your rhythm. You get discouraged and struggle to handle the challenges life throws at you. And so you train, but without passion, without fire—just going through the motions. Another training session, another day. You’re active, you’re training, but without fireworks or real results. Like a hamster running endlessly in its wheel but never moving forward. A great football career? Unfortunately, just a gray reality.
But what if, in a very short time, you could change all of that? What if you could get rid of all those struggles and problems and finally start achieving success in football and become a key player on your team? What if you could deliver results, put up numbers, contribute to your team, and showcase your full potential in every match? Taking on responsibility, carrying the team, and doing brilliant work on the pitch. A dream? A fantasy? No.
This is Mental Training—your must-have on the path to a brilliant football career.
Because I have been working with football players as a Mental Coach for over 8 years. I am the author of 7 books, including 6 on Mental Training, with 2 of them being bestsellers among football players. I have conducted over 4000 Mental Training sessions with players from clubs such as Celtic Glasgow, Liverpool F.C., Aston Villa, Chicago Fire, New York Red Bulls, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, numerous clubs in the Polish Ekstraklasa, and the Polish national teams. I was also a coach at the Wisła Kraków Academy, and my entire life has been and remains connected to sports. I played football myself as the captain of Wisła Kraków’s junior team, so I don’t just help players with the knowledge I’ve gained but also through my personal experience. I’ve faced the same challenges as you. That’s why I know the football world inside out, and because of that, I can help you even better.
He is a true professional in what he does. I can confidently say that I owe him so much. Working with him is pure pleasure. Beyond being a coach, he is also a friend. He is genuine in what he does—nothing is for show. He is simply amazing. In his presence, you can't give just 40, 60, or 80 percent. It's always 110%! And not because you have to. You just feel it, you catch his positive energy, and it translates into your personal life, your training, your matches.
What inspires the most respect and convinces me that he is the right person? I started working with him when I was, figuratively speaking, a "nobody" in football. I was recovering from surgery, without a club, holding onto a dream of playing abroad. I wanted to grow to eventually become the best. Besides my family, he was the ONLY person who supported me.
After 7 months of working together, I am now a player for Aston Villa, and the lion is my club's emblem. Coincidence? I don't think so. Antoni, thank you so much! #YouAreAwesome!
Every single day, he puts his whole heart into achieving his goals and helping others realize their dreams. After our very first conversation, I felt that I could truly achieve everything I’ve ever dreamed of! Antek reignited that fire within me—not just the drive to work hard, because that was never really an issue for me. Most importantly, he awakened the kid I used to be a few years ago, the one who had big dreams and deeply believed in making them a reality.
Thanks to our work together, I can focus my mind on what truly matters to me. After every Mental Training session, I feel both the fire to push forward and the water to temper that flame so I don’t burn out. I know I’m heading in the right direction, and it’s only a matter of time before I reach my success.
One last thing I want to touch on is Antek’s attitude. From early morning to late at night, that characteristic “big smile” never leaves his face. He enjoys life, he enjoys the opportunity to fulfill his own dreams, but also the dreams of others—athletes, those who want to conquer the world!
I knew that Mental Training was important, but then I met Antek, who made me realize what it’s really all about. He taught me so much—not just about mental skills, but about life as well. He’s someone you can rely on at any moment in your life, whether you’re at rock bottom or on top of the world—he’s always there for you. Personally, I believe he’s one of the best, top-tier Mental Coaches, and this is just the beginning.
Mental Training has given me so much. Most importantly, it helped me organize everything in my mind, which made me a better footballer and allowed me to smile more often at people. Antoni Mielecki—a person who radiates optimism and motivation for hard work, all while doing it thoughtfully and with purpose.
I met Antek quite by chance, through a recommendation from Paweł Jaroszyński. On my way to the first meeting, I thought to myself, "Why even do this? It doesn't make sense. I'm sure I’ll be disappointed." Everything changed during that first conversation and training session. That one moment was enough to convince me that he is an exceptional person, knows exactly what he wants to do in life, and is truly amazing—if not the best—at what he does, which is Mental Training.
Hard work pays off, but the people who work with him will understand this best. I highly recommend working with Antoni Mielecki. – Radek Kanach.
No, I won’t reply 🙂 I receive too many such messages 🙂
Dear Parent,
If you are interested in collaborating, I encourage you to fill out the form, and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible. During our conversation, I will explain in detail how I work, how I can help your child, and what the costs of starting collaboration for Mental Training are.
Currently, my schedule is completely full, so the minimum wait time for a response is about 1–2 weeks. I reach out to those interested in collaboration as soon as even a single spot for Mental Training becomes available.
I always give priority to requests and inquiries for collaboration that come from recommendations by clients/parents/athletes I have been working with for a long time. If you are reaching out based on a specific recommendation from an athlete or parent, please mention it in the message content.
As soon as a spot for Mental Training becomes available, either someone from my team or I will contact you via email or SMS to confirm the exact time for a conversation that works for you.
During the first phone conversation with me or a team member, we will discuss your young footballer’s situation in detail and present a plan on how I can help. We will explain how everything works during the collaboration with your child and answer all your questions.
At the beginning, you need to fill out the form regarding Mental Training. In the “message content” section, describe your’s club situation and how you are coping mentally both on and off the field. Add any valuable information you consider key.
Most of my clients are young football players, but please discuss this with your parents first. It’s important that your parents are aware of your interest in collaborating and that they understand Mental Training sessions are not free. 🙂
No, I don’t respond 🙂 If you’re interested in collaborating, leave the form, and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible. My schedule is currently full, so the minimum wait time for a response is about 1–2 weeks. Either I or someone from my team will contact you or your parents via email or SMS as soon as a spot opens up for collaboration. At that point, we will arrange a convenient time for a phone conversation to discuss all the details of the potential collaboration and answer any questions.
During our first Mental Training session, we will assess your mental strengths so you know where you’re starting from. In other words, we’ll identify the areas you need to work on the most mentally. This way, you can see the greatest results on and off the field in the shortest amount of time. In subsequent sessions, we’ll work with a plan tailored specifically for your career that I will prepare for you. And that’s when the real journey begins: Chasing Your Dreams! 🙂
We meet once a week for Mental Training. We connect via video call on any platform of your choice (FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger – whatever works best for you). The focus is solely on you and your success.
I adapt the schedule to fit you. Don’t worry if you find it hard to find time due to a busy training schedule, living in a dorm, or being home only on weekends. My clients are my top priority, and I always go out of my way to accommodate and find time for them. Any time of day or night – as proven by frequent late-night sessions with players in the U.S., which often finish at 2 or 3 a.m. 🙂
Fill out this form if you are interested in collaboration.
